Privacy wetgeving
Volgens de nieuwe GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) wetgeving die van macht is sinds 25 mei 2018, dienen wij in duidelijke en klare taal aan de klanten mee te delen wat er wordt gedaan met de persoons- en contactgegevens inzake privacy en veiligheid van de verwerkingsverantwoordelijke en de doeleinden van de verwerking. We nemen onze verantwoordelijkheid om transparant te zijn naar de klant over de gegevens die we verzamelen.
Met persoonsgegevens bedoelen we alle informatie die iets over de klant vertelt of eraan kunnen koppelen. Daarbij gaat het bijvoorbeeld om naam, adres, geboortedatum, etc.
We bewaren de gegevens om te voldoen aan onze wettelijke verplichtingen en om zowel de klant als de organisatie te beschermen voor fraude of onwettelijke gebeurtenissen.
Wij respecteren de individuele rechten om te bepalen hoe de persoonsgegevens worden gebruikt. Daarbij gaat het om het recht om informatie in te zien. De klant heeft het recht om de door ons bewaarde persoonsgegevens in te zien en het recht op rectificatie. Als de persoonsgegevens onjuist zijn, heeft de klant het recht ons te verzoeken deze te corrigeren.
De gegevens die worden ingevuld in ons salon d.m.v. een intake formulier wordt maximaal 1 jaar bewaard van opening tot einde boekhoudjaar.
De gegevens worden niet gebruikt voor marketingdoeleinden en worden ook niet doorgespeeld aan andere bedrijven met marketingdoeleinden.
Deze privacyverklaring kan worden aangepast bij een wijziging aan de wet- en regelgeving. Deze versie dateert van mei 2018 en is van toepassing vanaf 25 mei 2018
Privacy law
According to the new GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) legislation that has come into effect on May 25, 2018, we must communicate in clear and plain language to customers what is done with the personal and contact details regarding privacy and security of the controller and the purposes of the processing. We take our responsibility to be transparent to the customer about the data we collect.
By personal data we mean all information that tells or can link something about the customer. This includes, for example, name, address, date of birth, etc. We retain the data to comply with our legal obligations and to protect both the customer and the organization against fraud or illegal events.
We respect individual rights to determine how personal data is used. This concerns the right to access information. The customer has the right to view the personal data stored by us and the right to rectification. If the personal data is incorrect, the customer has the right to request us to correct it.
The data entered in our salon by means of an intake form is kept for a maximum of 1 year from opening to the end of the accounting year.
The data will not be used for marketing purposes and will not be passed on to other companies with marketing purposes.
This privacy statement can be adjusted in the event of a change in legislation and regulations. This version dates from May 2018 and is applicable from 25 May 2018
